Sunflower Cottage

The cottage offers you a fully functional but `bijou’ kitchen where you can cook up a storm from ingredients sourced from local shops, supermarkets, boulangeries and markets.  Everything you need, including a large refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, airfryer and coffee machine, allows you to feel at home and taste the real flavours of France.  Walking through to the salon and dining room, beautiful windows look onto colourful window boxes and a secure courtyard and terrace.  

 

A large ensuite bedroom is next door to the salon/dining room.  We are able to arrange bedding to suit the guest, whether you be a couple wanting a queen bed, or 3 singles.  We have a large sofa lounge in the salon which can also sleep 2 more.  

 

The ensuite is fitted with a shower “cabine de douche”, toilet and vanity, but with more than 2 guests, we have another separate bathroom that can be accessed via the terrace, allowing more privacy and another shower/bath tub, toilet and vanity.  Very useful when everyone is trying to get ready for their next adventure!

 

The kitchen leads out onto a paved terrace and gravel courtyard.  Here, under the shade of a patio umbrella, you can sip local wines and enjoy your meal. A charcoal bbq is also available for your use. In inclement weather, too hot or too cold, we also have a small converted stable with fairy lights, grape vines and dining table, so that you are able to enjoy the french outdoors at any time.  We also have a laundry room where you can freely wash and dry your clothes, before heading off to your next destination.
